Panvio provides a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. Panvio is not a party to the sales contract between users.
By using the Panvio app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in your country (usually 18+) or have valid guardian approval. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Buyers can place orders and communicate with sellers. Sellers can list products and manage sales. Combined roles allow both. Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their role (including tax and consumer laws where relevant).
Panvio provides the platform only. Sellers are responsible for listings, pricing, fulfillment, and compliance. Buyers are responsible for evaluating products and sellers before purchasing.
Payments and payouts may be processed through third-party providers (including Stripe). Panvio does not store full payment card/bank details. Seller access to premium features may require an active subscription purchased via Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions are managed by the respective store and subject to their terms.
You may not post or share illegal, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations.
It is strictly forbidden to buy or sell illegal goods or services. We may remove prohibited content and suspend accounts.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panvio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or disputes between users.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. You may delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
