Payments and subscriptions are handled by third-party providers. Panvio does not store full payment card or bank details. We may store limited payment metadata (e.g., status, timestamps, provider references) for support, accounting, and access control.

5. Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data where feasible, and retain only what is legally required (e.g., transaction records).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to certain processing. To request this, email support@panvio.net.

7. Children

The app is not intended for children under the minimum legal age to enter financial transactions. If we learn we collected a child’s data, we delete it promptly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (authentication controls, access restrictions, encryption-in-transit) to protect your data.

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in-app.
