How to delete your account (in-app)

1. Open the Panvio app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Follow the confirmation steps

What gets deleted

• Your account profile data (name, email, role, profile photo where applicable)
• Your stored device notification token(s)
• Non-required personal data associated with your account

What may be retained

We may retain limited data where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes (for example, transaction records). Where possible, retained data is minimized and/or anonymized.

Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription purchased via Google Play or the Apple App Store, you manage cancellation through the store. Deleting your Panvio account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
